At Climate Right Construction, we believe homeowners should feel informed and confident throughout the remodeling process. Below are answers to some of the questions we hear most often from homeowners in San Angelo and across West Texas.
Remodeling & Project Questions
No. We do not require money to start your job. We charge as the job progresses. The only exception is custom-ordered items (such as non-standard windows) or larger purchase items (such as a concrete foundation), which may require prepayment.
Yes. If there are structural, electrical, and/or plumbing work, this will require permits from the City of San Angelo Permits and Inspections Department. We manage the entire permitting process, working with our subcontractors to ensure your renovation complies with all building codes.
Any alterations to the original scope of work will likely require cost and timeline adjustments, and prior homeowner approval. In some of the more historic areas, such as Santa Rita, we may encounter hidden issues, but will always discuss changes with the homeowner prior to moving forward.
Yes. Know that your routine will be disrupted but we will do our best to keep your space as comfortable as possible.
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and any changes along the way. Once we meet and discuss your exact needs, we can give you a more specific timeline.
Payments, Warranties & Company Information
We accept checks, cash, and online credit card payments.
Yes. We hold an A+ rating with the San Angelo Better Business Bureau.
No. Our company does not offer financing, but we have worked with multiple customers who’ve acquired financing through local West Texas / Tom Green County banks and credit unions.
Yes. We offer a one-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties cover their own products.
